2008–2011: Willem II
At age 17, Van de Donk played his first professional football game for the Dutch club Willem II in the Eredivisie. Over the next four seasons, she played for the Tricolores and scored five goals in 47 league games. In 2008, which was her first season, she played in 18 of the 24 games and scored one goal.
In her second season, she hurt her anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), which kept her off the field for several months. During the 2009–10 season, she played seven times for Willem II. 2011–12: VVV-Venlo
