Craven Cottage is a football stadium located in Fulham, London, England and is the home ground of Fulham Football Club. The stadium has a seating capacity of 25,700 and was built in 1896. It is located on the banks of the River Thames in Fulham, about six miles west of central London. Craven Cottage is known for its quaint, old-fashioned charm and is one of the oldest and most historic football grounds in the country. It is also home to the oldest stand in the Football League, the Riverside Stand, which was built in 1905.
The stadium has also been used by the United States, Australian, Irish and Canadian men’s national soccer teams, and was previously the home ground of rugby league club Fulham RLFC.

Craven Cottage has a history dating back to 1780 when a cottage was built in the woods and the surrounding fields were used for various sports. The site, however, later fell into disrepair and the original cottage burned down in 1888.
