Early career
Grosso joined the Women’s Premier Soccer League team TSS FC Rovers for the 2018 season.
Juventus
Grosso moved back to Italy, where she was born, in December 2021. She signed a one-year contract with the Italian club Juventus. She played her first game for Juventus on January 16, 2022. They beat Pomigliano 5–0.

Youth
Grosso made her first junior appearance for Canada with the national under-15 team against Puerto Rico in a 5–0 victory at the CONCACAF Girls Under-15 Championship on August 7, 2014. She played twelve minutes as a substitute.
The Canadians went on to win the inaugural tournament in a penalty shoot-out over Haiti. Grosso made five appearances for the under-15 team in the tournament, her only five U-15 caps.
Grosso made her under-17 debut on March 3, 2016, in a 3–0 win over Guatemala at the CONCACAF Women’s Under-17 Championship. Canada finished third at the tournament and Grosso was named to the Best XI, qualifying for the 2016 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. Grosso made her under-20 debut on January 18, 2018, in a 3–1 win over Costa Rica in the opening match of the 2018 CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship. Canada lost the semi-finals on penalties to Mexico after a 1–1 draw after extra time.
Canada needed to defeat Haiti in the third-place match to qualify for the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, but they lost 1–0 and did not qualify. Grosso played every minute of the match.

In the next game against Panama, Grosso scored the lone goal, qualifying Canada for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
