Newcastle United willing to sell seven players in summer

Newcastle United are set to part with seven players in the summer, according to a report.

The Magpies were very active during the January window, signing five players as Chris Wood, Bruno Guimaraes, Matt Targett, Dan Burn and Kieran Trippier joined the club.

This led to several players being cut from the 25-man squad, and Eddie Howe is now preparing to let more players go to prepare for the upcoming season.

According to TEAMtalk, Newcastle United are considering selling up to seven players during the summer transfer window to make room for more new faces to join the club.

The Magpies are prepared to hear offers for Jamal Lewis, Matt Ritchie, Dwight Gayle, Miguel Almiron, Federico Fernandez, Emil Krafth and Ciaran Clark.

Newcastle United will return to action on Saturday when they take on Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League.
