Juventus confirm Dejan Kulusevski has joined Tottenham Hotspur. Juventus have confirmed the departure of Swedish striker Dejan Kulusevski to Tottenham Hotspur.

The 21-year-old scored twice and recorded three assists in 27 appearances for the Old Lady during the 2021-22 campaign but has struggled to secure regular starts this term.

Having lost Luis Diaz at Liverpool, Tottenham has stepped up their search for Kulusevski, with the Premier League club now securing his services in an initial loan deal.

The Sweden international has signed a loan deal until June 2023, which includes an obligation to make the move permanent for €35m (£29.2m) under certain conditions.

According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the potential €35m (£29.2m) release clause would be paid in five installments.

Kulusevski, who is capable of operating in different forward areas, has scored nine times and registered 10 assists in 74 appearances for Juventus.

Tottenham has also signed Rodrigo Bentancur from the Italian side, with the Uruguayan international joining the north London club for an initial fee of €19m (£15.9m).
