Cristiano Ronaldo, Romelu Lukaku, Erling Braut Haaland ‘on five-man PSG striker shortlist’

Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo, Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku, and Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Braut Haaland are reportedly among a five-man PSG striker shortlist.

With Kylian Mbappe‘s future uncertain as to his contract at the Parc des, Princes expires in June, the Ligue 1 side are believed to have identified five potential candidates to fill their boots.

According to Transfers, the Premier League duo of Ronaldo and Lukaku are two names PSG will consider signing in the summer, with Zinedine Zidane keen to meet the former should he replace Mauricio Pochettino as head coach.

Ronaldo, whose relationship with Ralf Rangnick is believed to be fractured, will hold talks with his agent next month about a possible summer exit from Man United, with a move to Paris, to play alongside Lionel Messi, an option for 37- year old.

As for Lukaku, the Belgian has once again hinted at his discontent at Stamford Bridge, and although the striker wants a return to Inter Milan, PSG could make a move for the 28-year-old if he were available in the summer.

Additionally, PSG is keeping a close eye on Norwegian international Haaland, but he is likely to face stiff competition for the player’s signature from several other elite clubs in Europe, including Manchester City, Manchester United, Barcelona, and Real Madrid.

The last two names on PSG’s list are Memphis Depay, from whom Barcelona are keen to part ways in the summer, and Juventus’ Moise Kean, who scored 17 goals in 41 appearances for the French giants on loan from Everton last season.
